Goalkeeper Training in Surrey
In this day and age with striker coaches and defensive coaches the call for goalkeeper training is very high. Goalkeepers can now win teams up to 15 points a season with solid, safe and confident displays.
Goalkeepers need goalkeeper training to improve and to keep them focused and happy. It is very unfair to point fingers at goalkeepers who let in goals and are not being offered the correct help and coaching. So it is very important for goalkeepers to get the right training all the time.

Just4keepers: Goalkeeper training in Surrey
Well Done
Well Done to J4K keeper Adi,
Aidan just played on tour at Camber Sands 11aside tournament and won the U14 age group without conceding in 6 games.
“First time ever the fellow parents came up and said how well he played. He was so vocal and confident thanks to your training and the recent work on crosses meant he was positive for corners.”
Adi has been with J4K for over 2 years now, he always puts in 100% at training and listens to every point, which he always implements. This year Adi has been playing games for Brentford as well as his team Staines Albion. Adi has become a very technically strong keeper and has the knack of stopping everything, which is not a bad skill to have as a goalkeeper.
Keep the great work up Adi

How to wash your goalkeeper gloves, goalkeeping gloves for sale in surrey
With goalkeeping gloves costing as much as boots now a lot of people ask me how do I look after them so they last longer.
All gloves wear and tear but by keeping gloves clean and damp will add more life in the gloves.
A lot of keepers will play and just chuck their gloves into their kits bag come rain or shine; this will not help the life of the glove.
This is how to clean your gloves, soak them in warm water with a pea size drop of washing up liquid(this will bring dirt and mud to the surface) after a good soak say 1 hour min, massage or rub the palms and back hands to get rid of the dirt. Once the gloves are looking clean rinse them under more warm water or in a new bucket of warm water, ring them out so they are as dry as possible. Then leave the gloves to dry (good place is bath room), gloves should always have a damp palm.
Glove cleaning NO NO!!!!
NO, washing machine, airing cupboard, radiators, hair dryer, scrubbing brush.
Just wash with warm water and dry naturally.
Hope this helps your goalkeeper gloves

Did you know the shape of your hand dictate the palm you should choose?
A lot of goalkeepers make the same MASSIVE mistake and buy a pair of gloves, just because their favourite professional goalkeeper wears them. Please do not do this, because you are most probably buying a glove that is not suitable for your hand shape. The different Goalkeeper Gloves/Palms you can choose from.
Roll Finger Goalkeeper Gloves/Palm
The Roll Finger Glove is probably the most popular glove palm for professional goalkeepers and this type of palm is suitable for goalkeepers with thin, slender hands or fingers.Negative Cut Goalkeeper Gloves/Palm
Negative Cut gloves are generally suitable for goalkeepers with broad hands and or fingers.Flat Palm Goalkeeper Gloves/Palm
Flat palms gloves, like Negative Cut goalkeeper gloves are generally suitable for goalkeepers with broad hands and or fingers.Hybrid Cut Palm Goalkeeper Gloves/Palm
Hybrid Cut is normally when the little finger and index finger of the glove is a Roll Finger and the middle two fingers are Negative Cut or Flat Palm. This is normally for keepers who have irregular shaped hands or fingers. Now the above is just a rule of thumb, and too be honest the only way you will ever know what goalkeeper glove palm is right for your hand, is to not try them on.
Important: When you try on a pair of keeper gloves on, you must feel 200% confident in how they feel on you, if you have any doubt that they do not fit right, or feel uncomfortable DO NOT buy because this glove palm shape is not suitable for your hand.
So try and pick a glove that feels natural and comfortable when it’s on your hand.

Goalkeeper Courses in Surrey, what’s the difference?
What is the difference between goalkeeper training or coaching and goalkeeper courses?
Even though this is only a small difference, there is a difference, some goalkeeper schools run courses and the likes of Just4keepers goalkeeper schools, focus in training and coaching?
So what's the difference between goalkeeper training or coaching and goalkeeper courses ?
If a goalkeeping coaching school is stating that are running a 'course' this is generally over a set period, maybe a 6-8 week course or the popular choice with most coaching schools, a 2,3 or 5 day course normally held in the school holiday or half terms?

What is best for me?
It depends really: if you want to develop and as a keeper you need to find a goalkeeper coaching schools that are focusing on coaching and training, and who are normally training week in week out. All year round!
So if you want to improve as a keeper, these types of goalkeeper schools are the ones you needed to be attending. To give you idea:
So I stress, If you want to improve your:
Technique
Kicking
Throwing
Agility
Strength
Communication
Speed
The best goalkeeper schools to attend are the ones that state coaching or training.
If you are not really interested in being developed as a goalkeeper but just want go to a goalkeeper schools to kill some time, maybe in the school holidays, well the companies that promote goalkeeper courses will be for you.
As I said above, it is only a slight difference, so remember; it's all about what YOU want to achieve as a goalkeeper. I hope this helps you see the difference between what is getting advertised. Thank you for taking the time to read this piece.

Goalkeeper training in Slough
Another Just4keepers keeper Conor Hudnott signs for Chelsea and is progressing on very well,
Conor joined j4k in December 2010 and brought a fantastic attitude to training, always willing to learn and always training hard Conor took this hard work and great attitude into games and he was picked up playing for his local team and signed for Chelsea at the beginning of April 2011 as an U14 keeper, this season obviously U15 & pushing to be included in U16 squad on occasions. Training very hard but enjoying immensely under the tutor ledge of Mark Beeney & his team.
Matt I would just like to thank you on behalf of Conor for your excellent coaching sessions that helped him achieve this first step towards his dream of becoming a pro goalkeeper, thank you from Simon and Conor.
